Special care: never in any bin

Where it usually goes

Never in the garden bin, compost or tip. It must go to a suitable site via a registered carrier.

⚠️ Spreads from tiny fragments.

Can cause fires, pollution or injury. Use a specialist route.

Step by step

  1. Never put it in any household bin, down the sink or down a drain.
  2. Use the specialist route: a recycling centre that accepts it, the retailer, the supplier or a specialist collector.
  3. Keep it in its original container, upright and away from children and pets.
