Rubbish and recycling in Tamworth
Where to find bin days, bulky collections, the tip and how to report fly-tipping in Tamworth, with links straight to the official council pages.
Who does what
Tamworth Borough Council’s bins page sends you to Lichfield District Council for bin days and bulky collections, because the two councils share a waste service. Staffordshire is a two-tier area: your district or borough council collects bins and bulky waste, and Staffordshire County Council runs the household recycling centres (tips).
